A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent when the package ships.

If you are ordering internationally, you may be subject to customs fees and delivery delays.

If an item doesn't suit you, you can return it to us within 14 days. Items must be returned to us in a condition allowing them to be resold. That means in their original packaging, without stains or signs of wear, and not having been washed or worn (except for trying on).
